Cancellation policy

Cancellations require 1 weeks notice.
Our cancellation fee is equal to 1 night charged to the credit card or non-return of the deposit.
30 days notice is required for group bookings.
Full payment of the booking may be required if insufficient notice is given and we are unable to re-rent the room
